Florencia Giulio
Impact Investing | Social Change | Creative Economy
With fifteen years of experience in arts and cultural funding, specializing in impact investing, Florencia founded Pulso, a creative finance studio dedicated to designing innovative funding models and solutions for the cultural and creative industries. Her journey includes leadership roles in both the public and private sector at the British Council (Head of Arts, ARG), Fundación Compromiso (Director of Strategic Investment), the National Endowment for the Arts (Chief of Cabinet team), Sogrape Group (Head of Finance).
Florencia also serves as a Board Member at ITAC and is an international speaker, notably at TEDx, G20, GSG Global Impact Summits, Foro Lationamericano de Inversión de Impacto, Oxford University, and Deloitte Art & Finance. She is a jury member and mentor at creative incubators and art funds in Europe, North America and Latin America. Forbes recognized her as a "High Impact Youth" in 2017.
Florencia was awarded a prestigious scholarship for the Master in International Arts Management by HEC Montréal (CA), SDA Bocconi University (IT) and Southern Methodist University (US). She holds a double degree in Business Administration and Accounting by UADE (ARG), is an Oxford University scholar for the Impact Investing Programme, and an Art Management Resident at ECA, Biennale d'Arte di Venezia 2022.
